Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Oplytex, we operate on a print-on-demand model. Every product is custom-made after an order is placed. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been sent for production.

Once an order enters the production stage, it cannot be cancelled, as the product is made specifically for you.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product on arrival
  • Incorrect product received
  • Manufacturing defects

Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at oplytex37@gmail.com.

Please include clear images or videos of the issue along with your order ID to help us resolve the matter faster.

Refund Processing

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear
