At Oplytex, we operate on a print-on-demand (POD) model. All products are made only after an order is placed.

We do not stock, manufacture, or ship products ourselves. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner Printrove.

Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed on oplytex.com, it is reviewed and forwarded to Printrove.

Orders are usually sent for production within 24–48 hours.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.

Delivery timelines depend on multiple factors including:

Printing, packaging, and shipping are handled entirely by Printrove and their courier partners.

Oplytex acts only as a seller and order facilitator.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Charges may vary depending on the product type and delivery location.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Oplytex is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Oplytex is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved cases will be resolved according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Currently, Oplytex ships only within India unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
