Welcome to Oplytex (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or making a purchase from https://oplytex.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Nature of Business

Oplytex operates as a print-on-demand (POD) merchandise brand.

  • We design and list products on our website
  • Products are manufactured, packed, and shipped by our fulfillment partner Printrove
  • We do not maintain physical inventory or handle products directly

All products are manufactured only after an order is placed.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways such as Razorpay
  • We do not store card, UPI, or banking details

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Order Fulfillment

After an order is placed, Oplytex coordinates fulfillment by placing the order with Printrove using customer-provided details. Manufacturing, printing, packaging, and shipping are handled by Printrove and its logistics partners.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to third-party operational conditions.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping is managed entirely by Printrove
  • Courier selection, tracking, and timelines depend on the fulfillment partner
  • Tracking details are shared when available

Oplytex does not control shipping routes or courier operations.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

As products are made on demand, returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items delivered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof. Refunds or replacements are processed in accordance with Printrove’s defect and quality standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, images, and content displayed on Oplytex are either created for commercial use or used under appropriate licenses.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited. The overall brand identity, original design combinations, product curation, and content modifications are owned by Oplytex unless otherwise stated.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Avoid fraudulent or unlawful activities
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

Oplytex shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, third-party delays, or issues arising from incorrect customer-provided details.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total order value.

9. Third-Party Services

Oplytex relies on third-party platforms such as Razorpay and Printrove. Their respective terms and policies apply where relevant.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
